Two transported to hospital following Moncrieff crash

An adult driver and child have been transported to hospital following a crash in Moncrieff this morning.

At about 8am ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of Mirrabei Drive.

Emergency services located the vehicle wedged against a wall on Bellhouse Crescent where it's believed the driver was suffering from a medical incident.

ACT Fire and Rescue had to remove the side of the vehicle to assist the removal of the patient before the driver and a child were transported to the Canberra Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
