Five transported to hospital following crash in Kambah
Five people have been transported to hospital following a crash in Kambah this morning.
At about 10am ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Bateman Street and Boddington Crescent.
Firefighters removed the roof of one of the vehicles to assist in the removal of a patient with suspected spinal injuries, he was then transported to hospital.
Another 4 persons from the other vehicle were assessed by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics and transported to hospital in stable conditions.
ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team are investigating the circumstances of the collision.
The intersection was closed for several hours while police investigated the scene.
