Motorcyclist transported to hospital following crash in Lyneham

A man has been transported to hospital following a motor vehicle crash in Lyneham.

At approximately 9pm ACT Emergency services responded to reports of a crash at the intersection of Flemington Road and the Federal Highway.

ACT Ambulance Service paramedics treated a motorcyclist at the scene and transported him to hospital

The intersection was partially obstructed for about an hour while the area was made safe.

ACT Policing were in attendance and are investigating the cause of the crash.
