Motorcyclist seriously injured following crash in Isaacs

A motorcyclist has been seriously injured following a crash in Isaacs overnight.
At about 7.40pm, ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a crash between a car and a motorcycle at the intersection of Julia Flynn Avenue and Yamba Drive.
A motorcyclist was treated at the scene by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics and transported to hospital with serious injuries.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said, that the driver of the car fled the scene but was later located by a member of the public and returned to the scene.
The driver, a 20-year-old man was arrested and taken to Woden Police station for drug and alcohol testing, he was released pending further enquires.
