Police appeal for witnesses after alleged indecency act in Dickson, ACT
ACT Policing are investigating an alleged act of indecency that occurred in Dickson on Sunday.
It is alleged the act of indecency took place between 11am and 3pm at the public toilets off Cowper Street.
Police believe there may have been multiple witnesses.
