Man transported to hospital after being hit by Light Rail Vehicle
A man has been transported to hospital after he was hit by a Light Rail Vehicle this afternoon.
At approximately 4.15pm, ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a person hit by an LRV.
ACT Fire and Rescue arrived at the scene and provided initial medical assistance.
A short time later ACT Ambulance Service paramedics arrived at the scene and treated the man. He was then transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Tram services were disrupted for about an hour until the scene was cleared.
ACT Policing are investigating the incident.
