Driver escapes injury after wiping out traffic light on Ginninderra Drive.

The driver of a vehicle has escaped injury after wiping out a traffic light in Bruce spreading debris over 100 meters of roadway.

At about 11pm, ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash in Ginninderra drive near the intersection of Allawoona Street.

The male driver was assessed at the scene by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics but did not require transport to hospital.

ACT Fire and Rescue ensured the area was safe before leaving the scene in the hands of ACT Policing and ACT TCCS.
