Police investigate crash which left elderly woman with serious injuries
A woman has been seriously injured following a crash on the Barton Highway yesterday.
At about 3.30pm (Friday, 10 May 2024), ACT Emergency Services were called to a collision between a silver Nissan Navara and a white Hyundai Kona at the intersection of the Barton Highway and Victoria Street in Hall.
One of the occupants was trapped in her vehicle for over an hour and was freed by ACT Fire and Rescue.
She was then assessed by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics before being taken to hospital with serious injuries.
