Two seriously injured following crash in Jerrabomberra

Two people have been seriously injured following a crash in Jerrabomberra.

At about 1.35pm, ACT Emergency Services were called to a single vehicle collision near the intersection of Woods Lane and Canberra Avenue.

An ACT Policing spokesperson said the two occupants of the Mazda 3 (a 63 year-old man and a 41-year-old woman) were transported to hospital, both in a serious condition.

One lane of Canberra Avenue (heading towards Fyshwick) was closed until 3.15pm while the scene was processed by Major Collision Team investigators.
