The driver of a truck has been rescued following a collision with a utility in Sutton this afternoon.

At approximately 1.30pm NSW and ACT Emergency Services responded to the Federal Highway just South of the Eaglehawk Service Station.

ACT Policing is investigating a collision that occurred in Stirling yesterday involving several vehicles including a stolen motor vehicle.

Just after 6pm ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Streeton Drive and Hindmarsh Drive.

ACT Policing has today been investigating the circumstances surrounding a man who jumped in Lake Burley Griffin to evade police arrest.

About 1.15am this morning (Monday, 28 December 2020), officers had followed a car to Lake Burley Griffin. A man and woman fled the car, with the woman located and arrested by police a short time later.
