Police investigate burglary in Fyshwick

ACT Policing are investigating a burglary in Fyshwick overnight.

Just after 4am ACT Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a structure fire on the corner of Ipswich Street and Wiluna Street.

Firefighters arrived to find that a smoke screen security system had activated and there was no fire.

ACT Policing were called to a business police confirmed there was evidence of a forced entry to the business.

Police are continuing enquiries into the burglary and reviewing CCTV from the location which has detected a vehicle leaving the location at the time of the offence.
