Driver escapes injury after tree falls on car in Red Hill

A driver has escaped injury after a tree fell on a car in Red Hill at 3.30pm today.

The incident occurred on Mugga Way on the intersection of Flinders Way.

It's understood a passing ambulance witnessed the incident and stopped to assess and assist the driver.

ACT Fire & Rescue attended and removed the tree from the roadway.
