Firefighters extinguish car fire in Fadden this evening

A BMW has been destroyed by fire in Fadden this evening.

At about 7.45 pm ACT Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a car fire on Bugden Avenue.

Firefighters arrived to find a car well alight in the vicinity of Fadden Pines.

Several fire appliances responded to the area and the fire was brought under control quickly.

ACT Policing were also in attendance and are investigating.
