Petrol bowser damaged following crash in Curtin

A petrol bowser has been damaged following a crash in Curtin this afternoon.

Just after 1pm ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a two car crash on Strangways Street.

It's believed the driver of the vehicle lost control colliding with a petrol bowser, a pole and a parked car at the location.

An ACT Emergency Services agency spokesperson said one person was treated at the scene and transported to hospital in a stable condition.

An exclusion zone was setup in the petrol station until the area was able to be made safe by Technicians.

ACT Policing were in attendance and are investigating the incident.
