Rolling road closures as Exhibition Park reaches capacity

Canberra's Exhibition park has reached capacity as freedom protesters descend on the city.

Major roads are being closed at random as police attempt to manage traffic and pedestrians.

A large police presence around the EPIC venue will continue through the night.
