Police investigate suspicious house fire in Rivett
ACT Policing have launched an investigation into a fire which left a home in Rivett destroyed.
Just before 6pm ACT Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a house fire on Salsoa Street.
Upon arrival firefighters found a home fully involved with fire and worked quickly to bring the fire under control.
No-one was in the home at the time of the fire and the house suffered extensive damage before the fire could be extinguished.
ACT Policing believe the fire was deliberately lit and are asking for anyone who has any information about the incident to come forward.
