Four transported to hospital following train derailment in Gold Creek

Worksafe ACT has commenced an investigation into the derailment of a miniature train which saw four people transported to hospital.

At about 10am ACT Emergency Services responded to reports that a train carriage had derailed at the Cockington Green Gardens injuring several passengers.  

Four people were treated at the scene by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics and transported to hospital.  

Both ACT Policing and Worksafe ACT attended the scene and Worksafe has taken carriage of the investigation.
