Two rescued following head-on crash in Fadden
Two people have been rescued following a crash in Fadden overnight.
Just before 8pm, ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a head-on collision on Isabella Drive.
One person was trapped in each vehicle with firefighters from several stations working for close to 30 minutes to free them.
ACT Ambulance Service paramedics then assessed and treated both patients and they were transported to hospital in a stable condition, one with a serious injuries.
Isabella Drive remained closed between Kellett Street and Coyne Street for several hours while emergency services were in attendance.
ACT Policing’s Major Crash Team attended the scene and have commenced an investigation into the crash.
