Man seriously injured following crash in Acton

A man has been seriously injured following a crash in Acton overnight.

At about 9pm last night (Tuesday, 25 February 2025), ACT Emergency Services responded to reports of a car into a tree on Parkes Way next to the off ramp to Lady Denman Drive.

ACT Fire and Rescue removed the roof of the vehicle to gain access to the patient, before he was treated on scene by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics.

The man was then transported to hospital in a serious condition.

ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team is investigating the incident and calling for any witnesses who were travelling along Parkes Way or Clunies Ross Drive around 9pm to come forward.
